Bendotti Exporters / WA Chip are seeking a reliable Receptionist / Office Clerk to join the team at the Manjimup factory site.
About the Role
Immediate start available
Starting Casual potentially Part or Full‑time: Monday to Friday, (3‑month probation)
Key Responsibilities
Reception duties and handling walk‑in customers
Customer enquiries, data entry and general administration
Customer orders, invoicing, despatch oversight
Preparing shipping documentation
Weighbridge operation during harvest/storage periods
Assist with inventory management
Skills & Experience
Xero experience preferred (training provided). Legacy MYOB invoicing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Solid Excel experience will advantage you.
Robust organisational skills
Admin or reception experience beneficial
