Consistent Roster: Our venue operates Wednesday through Sunday (Monday and Tuesday closed). Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain strict cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Keep workstations, floors, and equipment clean and sanitised. Assist our chefs with basic food prep (e.g., chopping veggies, portioning ingredients).Help load, unload,



and restock supplies and stock rooms. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely during peak, busy service periods. Requirements (Must-Haves)Weekend Availability is a MUST (Shifts will span across our Wednesday to Sunday opening hours). Solid Work Ethic: A hard-working, proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in. Fast on Your Feet: Ability to stay calm and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a true team player.
