We are seeking several experienced Process Workers & Packers to join our busy food manufacturing clients located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on fast-paced production lines, performing a range of duties including packing, labelling, quality checking, blending/mixing and general cleaning work. These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in quick-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Perform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks
Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions
Maintain a clean and organised work area




Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
Previous factory, labouring or process work experience, preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturing
Full working rights in Australia
Own reliable transport, as well as a valid Driver's licence
Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)
