About the role

MEGAFIX is a rapid-growing WA family-owned supplier of fasteners, fixings and industrial products to the mining and infrastructure market. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who will also run our goods inwards. This is a busy role. Stock needs to be received and put away quickly, orders need to be picked right the first time, dispatch cut-offs need to be hit, and the warehouse needs to be tight and organised every day.

Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and putting away all inbound stock within 24 hours, with goods receipts processed accurately in our ERP
Resolving supplier discrepancies, short deliveries and returns with our purchasing team
Leading the warehouse team, assigning the day's work and holding people to standard
Maintaining accurate stock on hand, cycle counting and keeping picking accuracy above 98%
Keeping the warehouse safe, clean and compliant – PPE, OH&S; and safe work practices are non-negotiable




Finding better ways to lay out, flow and run the warehouse
Jumping on the floor to pick and pack when the team needs it

About you
Solid warehouse experience
Current forklift licence
Experience leading a small team, ideally in industrial distribution or wholesale
Strong attitude, work ethic, urgency and ownership
