Warehouse Leading Hand / Senior Operator

3fold Resources is a leading shopfitting and logistics provider servicing clients across Australia

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Leading Hand to work alongside our team and help run day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working on the warehouse floor with the team while helping coordinate picking, dispatch and daily workflow.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in running a well organised, productive warehouse and can set the standard for the team.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations (Hands-On)
Pick and pack customer orders
Load trucks and assist with dispatch
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Maintain organised stock locations and work areas
Assist with managing daily workload to ensure orders are completed on time

Floor Leadership
Provide day-to-day leadership to warehouse staff
Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities
Ensure procedures and work standards are followed
Monitor picking accuracy, productivity and workflow
Support teamwork and maintain a strong work ethic on the warehouse floor
Assist with training and guidance of team members

Safety, Organisation & Efficiency




Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
Support safety procedures, toolbox talks and hazard reporting
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow and warehouse layout
Help maintain a secure, productive and well-run warehouse environment

About You You are an experienced warehouse operator or leading hand who naturally takes ownership of the floor and leads by example.

You are comfortable working alongside the team while helping keep operations organised, efficient and running smoothly.

Experience Required
Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
Strong picking and dispatch experience
Forklift licence
Reliable with a robust work ethic
Good communication skills and Comfortable leading from the floor
Leading hand or supervisory experience
Change management skills
Microsoft office skills
