Rainbow Fresh Direct is a proudly South Australian fresh produce business supplying quality fresh leafy greens direct from our farm to customers with a strong focus on service, reliability and relationships.

We are a hands on quick paced team based at the Adelaide Produce Market, where quality, teamwork and getting the job done well are at the heart at what we do.

As our business continues to grow we are looking for great people who want to be part of the journey and make a genuine contribution.

Your role will involve
Co-ordinating daily warehouse workflow alongside Team Leader.
Helping organise people, priorities and orders.
Participating in picking, packing and dispatching orders.
Supporting stock control, quality and presentation.
Working hands on with the warehouse team.
Communicating with customers (B2B) and taking orders.
Building strong customer relationships (B2B).
Looking for opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts.




Solving problems quickly and keeping the operation running smoothly.
Forklift operator servicing customers in business to business operations within the Adelaide Produce Markets

Working within a team setting

Skills and experience:
Warehouse fresh produce or similar industry experience.
Leadership or Team Coordination experience.
Confident talking to customers and has a natural sales ability.
Understands fresh produce quality and handling.
Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
Is hands on and leads by example.
Communicates well and works collaboratively.
A current forklift licence.
Is comfortable with early starts and the quick pace of the Adelaide Produce Market.
