Role Description

This is a casual in office role in the Greater Perth Area for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks. They will also provide community participation and social support, facilitate transport to appointments or activities, and aid with skill development.



The role requires delivering care tailored to individual needs while fostering independence and maintaining safety and well-being.

Qualifications
Experience in Support Work and understanding of person-centered care principles.
Solid Interpersonal and Communication Skills for building positive relationships.
Knowledge of Safeguarding practices to maintain client safety and adhere to ethical care standards.
Basic Technical Support skills for documentation and record-keeping.
A compassionate and empathetic approach toward individuals with diverse needs.
Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
