Trainer and Assessor – Diploma Early Childhood Education and CareKCA Education is seeking a contracted, on-site Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care to international students at our Haymarket, Sydney campus.

Key Responsibilities
Plan training sessions and deliver engaging face-to-face classes.
Mark assessments, assess learner competency and provide constructive feedback.
Provide learner support and mentoring throughout the course.
Conduct work placement visits and liaise with placement providers.
Use LMS and digital systems for training delivery, learner support and record keeping.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
Ensure training delivery meets current industry standards, regulations and organisational requirements.

Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field.
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or an equivalent,



recognised training and assessment qualification.
Relevant experience working in an early childhood education setting.
Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework, regulations and industry practices.
Experience in training and supporting adult and international students.
Robust communication, facilitation and classroom management skills.
Good knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning tools.
Ability to conduct work placement visits.
Commitment to maintaining current industry knowledge and career development.

Class Schedule
Class 1: Monday & Tuesday
Class 2: Wednesday & Thursday
Both classes are Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Contracted, on-site position based at Haymarket, Sydney.
Work placement visits are required.
