Our client, a leading global logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for an immediate start in Orchard Hills.

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 5:00am–1:00pm, offering $38.61 per hour.

n

Your duties will include:

n

Transport administration and data entry
n
Processing manifests and transport documentation
n
Booking and scheduling deliveries
n
Processing returns
n
Communicating with drivers and internal teams
n
Updating transport systems and records
n
General administrative duties as required
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

n

n
Previous transport, logistics or administration experience
n




Strong data entry and attention to detail
n
Good communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
n
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
n
PPE required – Hi-Vis and steel cap safety boots
n
