About the role

As a Supervising Electrician / Leading Hand, you'll take a hands-on leadership role across our commercial and industrial projects. You'll work closely with our project team while supervising electricians and apprentices on site, helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating electricians and apprentices on site
Providing hands-on electrical work alongside your team
Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
Coordinating day-to-day site activities and workflow
Managing relevant site documentation
Monitoring project progress and helping keep works on schedule
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
Ensuring WHS requirements and safe work practices are followed
Communicating with project managers, other trades and site personnel
Identifying and resolving in office issues

About you
A recognised electrical trade qualification
Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
Previous Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisory experience
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical plans




Good organisational and problem-solving skills
High standards of workmanship
Strong understanding of electrical and workplace safety
Current Driver's Licence
A reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
