About the role

This is a multi-faceted role covering warehouse operations, freight bookings, inventory control, and hands-on production work across hinge manufacturing and print production. You'll be the versatile support that keeps operations running smoothly, working in a long-established Australian manufacturer of high-quality continuous hinges and custom hinge components.

Key responsibilities
Manage the efficient flow of warehouse operations, including accurate picking, packing, receiving and despatch of customer orders
Safely load and unload trucks, maintaining organised and clearly structured areas for all incoming and outgoing goods
Coordinate freight bookings, prepare documentation, compare carrier options, communicate delivery timeframes and resolve any freight-related issues
Maintain inventory accuracy within ERP System processing completed jobs, stock counts, raw material organisation and replenishment of packing supplies
Support print production by assembling, testing and packing signage products, and assisting with general print shop tasks as required
Contribute to hinge manufacturing through turret operation, linishing, deburring, pin cutting, forming and assembly




Uphold a clean, well-maintained and safe workspace through consistent housekeeping and site presentation activities
Provide versatile operational support across the warehouse, print shop and hinge production areas, stepping into tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency

About you
Forklift licence & driver's licence
Solid mechanical aptitude and confidence with tools
Organised, reliable and detail-focused
Flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Able to work independently or in a team
Enjoys variety and being the "go-to" support across multiple areas
