We are looking for a motivated retail skilled who is passionate about customer service, enjoys leading a team and who will help drive the future success of a well-known local business.

About the Role

As Store Manager you will be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding customer service
Managing day-to-day store operations
Driving sales and achieving business targets
Stock management and merchandising
Building robust relationships with customers and the local community
Leading and motivating the store team

About You To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven retail management or supervisory experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills




Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A positive, hands-on approach
The ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Experience in hardware, garden, building or trade retail will be highly regarded.
