Application Support Specialist

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to join their technology team on an initial daily-rate contract.

This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on applications skilled to support and enhance a portfolio of critical business systems within a complex enterprise environment. Working across technology, business and vendor teams, you will play a key role in maintaining platform performance, supporting system upgrades, driving continuous improvement and delivering business-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide administration, support and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications.
Coordinate application upgrades, testing, releases and change activities.
Support reporting, integrations, workflows and data management initiatives.
Manage user access, security controls and application governance requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.




Engage with external vendors and support partners to ensure effective service delivery.

Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms or SaaS-based business systems.
Experience managing system releases, upgrades, incidents and change processes.
Knowledge of integrations, reporting, security and access management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to analyse issues, improve processes and deliver practical technology outcomes.
