Location: Villawood
Pay: $45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Employment: Temp to Perm
We are currently looking for an experienced Recycling Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Villawood.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable and able to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can confidently guide and support a team while also being involved in the day-to-day work.
About the role:
Lead and support a team
Assist with daily recycling operations
Ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
Take initiative and help resolve issues as they arise
Work alongside the team and lead by example
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in recycling,
waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment is essential
Previous team leadership experience is highly regarded
Someone who is confident taking initiative and responsibility
Reliable and punctual
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on workplace
Forklift licence is a bonus
This is a temp-to-perm prospect for the right person.
