About the role

Suncoast Truck Spares is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Kunda Park, Queensland. As a full time Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading provider of truck & commercial trailer parts and accessories.

What you'll be doing
Processing phone, counter, and internet orders
Accurately identify, quote and supply truck and trailer parts
Assisting with merchandising and display of products
Build customer relationships and rapport
Assist the warehouse and team members as required to ensure a smooth customer experience
Collaborating with the broader team to identify prospects for product expansion and improvement

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar customer-facing role ideally within the heavy vehicle industry
Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts and accessories to meet our customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,



with the ability to work autonomously
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
Proficient computer skills including use of Office 365 apps, parts catalogues, & inventory management systems
