About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tiling Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and quotations for residential and commercial tiling projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, project managers, and installers to ensure projects are priced accurately and competitively.

Key Responsibilities
Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Attend site visits if required.
Perform Take-offs & Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
Obtain and compare supplier pricing and maintain up-to-date material costs.
Identify potential project risks, variations, wastage, and additional requirements.
Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Prepare tender submissions.
Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.




Work with project management and operations teams to ensure estimates are handed over accurately.

Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Tiling Estimator, Construction Estimator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of tiling installation methods and construction practices.
Excellent ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications.
Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Current driver's licence and willingness to attend project sites.
