Job Description

Our client Mr Jack Demolition Pty Ltd is looking for a full time qualified Demolition Project Administrator to join their Gold Coast team. Qualifications / Experience required: You must hold either an Associate Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma and have at least 3 years full time work experience to be considered for the role. Responsibilities include the following:
Liaison with Senior Management regarding contracts, project and service schedules and the implementation of authorised changes in relation to

Mr Jack Demolition projects.
Development, review and managing of variations to contracts, projects and scheduled services for all projects.




Resolving and responding to issues and enquiries regarding contracts, projects and scheduled services.
Administration management of all facets relating to contracts, projects and services provided by

Mr Jack Demolition.
Review and monitor project goals in liaison with all stakeholders.
Overseeing contractors work and report on any variations and provide advice to senior management.
Preparation and review of reports and submissions relating to projects.
Project data collection and analysis relating to projects

Remuneration on offer between $80K to $95K p.a. plus super depending on experience. Please apply with your CV if you meet the requirements.
