Workshop Manager – Tyrepower Mandurah (Full time)

Location: Mandurah, WA

Hours: Monday to Friday + most Saturday mornings

Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate – based on experience

Tyrepower Mandurah is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team. As a key member of our independently owned store, you'll play a hands-on role in managing workshop operations while helping to deliver top-tier service to our valued customers.

We’re a mid-sized, close-knit team who take pride in doing the job right, creating a positive work environment, and providing professional and timely service.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Store Management, you will work as part of a team to fit cars with tyres and get customers safely down the road.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform tyre fitting and basic mechanical tasks
Communicate effectively with store management




Manager basic day to day operations (workload orginization, Lunch Breaks, etc)
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and workmanship

What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in tyre fitting (essential)
Experience with wheel alignments (highly regarded)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to lead by example and foster team spirit
Strong communication skills
A valid driver’s licence (No Exceptions)
Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol test
