Office-based role with adaptable working arrangements

The Company

Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services is a leading provider of cleaning, security and associated services across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at our head office in Artarmon and reporting to the National Director of Sales, this full-time role will see you working in a small team that prepares and develops comprehensive written content for bids and tenders. This role is immediately available.

The Role

As the Tender/Bid Writer Team Leader you will:
Oversee, co-ordinate and write compelling and compliant responses, proposals, EOIs, tenders etc
Write key sections of submissions, including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance with standards
Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Coordinate contributions from operational and other teams
Develop content and templates and maintain the library

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will have:




Experience in proposal writing or tender/bid writing
The ability to engage with clients to understand to meet their needs and produce professional, compelling proposal content
Performance under pressure and able to work in tight timeframes
Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team
Outstanding organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication
A positive, motivated, versatile, and can-do attitude
A national criminal history check is required for this role
