Based at our Keilor Park facility, this role offers the prospect to work within a supportive and experienced team while building strong relationships with customers and businesses across the HVAC and building industries.

About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Sheetmetal Workers to join our dynamic team. We welcome applications from experienced tradespeople looking to build a long-term career in the industry.

The successful applicant will be involved in the fabrication and preparation of sheet metal products for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.

These are hands-on roles suited to tradespersons who take pride in their workmanship, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Standard 38-hour work week - Monday to Friday: 6 am – 2 pm

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Operating sheet metal machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
Assisting with general workshop duties as required
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (for qualified tradespeople)
Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
