About the role:

The successful candidates will commence as an on-hired employee, with hours from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and additional overtime as required.You will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role after the successful completion of a probationary period and pre-employment checks.

Schedular - $35.30

Administrator / Customer Service - $33.70

Duties:
Inbound and outbound calls
Schedule daily booking
Confirm and enter job details




Liaise with Project Managers and other stakeholders

Skills and experience
Previous scheduling experience will be highly regarded
Proven customer service experience in a quick-paced role (insurance or construction industry highly beneficial)
Solid computer skills and able to use internal systems
Great attention to detail
Organised and excellent time management skills
Abiliity to multitask
Motivated and proactive
