What you’ll be doing
Operating front-end loaders to producing composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners
Supporting quality control to ensure high production standards
Performing basic maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Managing stock control, processing orders, and document control
Meeting production targets and customer satisfaction goals
Following operating procedures (training provided)

What you’ll bring
Front end Loader ticket or relevant experience is required




Excavator and Forklift ticket are desirable
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Experience in the waste industry is helpful but not required
