About the role

This role is designed to provide operational retail support, ensuring effective day-to-day operations. The role supports the Product Director and Catalogue Buyer on day-to-day management of the retail operations to ensure smooth customer interactions, order processing, and record keeping. In addition, it also supports launch and marketing activity to deliver strong visual merchandising and sales.

Key responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for all shop enquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
Manage customer queries including orders, returns, and general enquiries
Implement account setup for any new online account requests
Escalate issues where required
Manage shop operations during opening and collection hours
Process and enter orders accurately
Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfilment and dispatch




Maintain upkeep of both physical and online shop
Manage product inventory
Support with product launch and marketing initiatives to drive sales
