Join Our Italian Restaurant & Café Team

We’re a busy, family-style Italian restaurant and café looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep service running smoothly, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere our customers love.

The role includes:
Managing daily restaurant and café operations
Leading, training, and inspiring the team
Ensuring excellent customer service
Coordinating front-of-house and kitchen operations
Managing busy service periods
Maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
Rostering and managing staff
Monitoring stock, costs, and daily procedures

The ideal candidate: Previous restaurant management experience

Experience in a busy restaurant or café

Solid leadership and communication skills

Organised, reliable, and hands-on

Passionate about Italian food and hospitality

Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure A positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating a outstanding customer experience

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
