Lulamon has an chance for an experienced project construction manager to join our team for an immediate start. Our office is based in Cardiff with projects in the surrounding areas within the residential construction space.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that is a combination of both construction management and operational support.

You will report directly to our company Director and will be a key member of our construction & office teams. In this role your focus will be on delivering quality custom homes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Project & Site Management
Budget & Cost Control
Business Development
Scheduling and Procurement
Stakeholder collaboration
Subcontractor Oversight
Safety & Compliance
Quality Control

About you You will share a passion for creating quality homes and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
Experience within the residential construction industry in a leadership capacity




Either trade qualified or possessing a tertiary construction qualification preferred not but essential
A solid project management background with skills to coordinate multiple projects at any given time
Ability to estimate is highly regarded
Knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an effective manner
Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities
