About The Role As Registration Lead, you will drive Regis' national provider registration, accreditation and assessment readiness program across residential aged care, home care and disability services. You will:
Lead provider registration and renewal activities under the Aged Care Act 2024
Coordinate accreditation, audit readiness and regulatory submissions




Partner with operational leaders to prepare for regulator engagement
Support NDIS accreditation and certification requirements
Monitor regulatory risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Provide expert guidance, education and capability building across the organisation

What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Extensive experience in aged care quality, accreditation, compliance or clinical governance
Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, strengthened Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Experience managing audits, accreditation programs and regulator engagement
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, project management and influencing skills
Ability to analyse risk, coordinate complex programs and drive quality outcomes across a national organisation
