Senior Estimator | Residential | Immediate start

Your new company Join a growing and highly respected developer-builder specialising in townhouse, unit and medium-density residential projects across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key role in their continued growth.

Your recent role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing project estimates from concept through to construction, preparing accurate cost plans, reviewing subcontractor pricing, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering. You will work closely with the construction and development teams on a variety of townhouse and multi-residential projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within residential construction
Strong background in townhouse, unit or medium-density projects




Excellent cost planning, negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to mentor junior estimators and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Databuild or similar estimating software
