About the Position

n

Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Land Acquisitions Manager to join their team.

n

This is a key role focused on sourcing raw land sites to purchase as well as negotiating put and call agreements. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with developers, landowners, and agents to drive a consistent pipeline of land supply for house and land packages and residential projects.

Skills and Experience

n

Experience in land acquisition, development, or residential property (builder or developer side preferred).

n

Strong knowledge of acquisition models, with experience input and call agreements.

n

A proactive approach to networking and building off-market deal flow.

n

Commercial mindset with robust negotiation and communication skills.

Self-starter and team player!
