Job Description

Calvary is seeking a Home Manager for Barongarook Gardens in Colac. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, partner with residents, families and carers, and ensure care plans reflect residents' goals.

This permanent full time role calls for RN registration with AHPRA, solid leadership, and experience in care planning, with a focus on resident-centered care and seamless transitions within the home.
