Step into a varied role supporting the procurement and supply requirements of a manufacturing business. As a Procurement Officer , you’ll work across purchasing, shipping and internal coordination, helping to ensure materials, supplies and services are available when needed to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.
Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, process supplies and services required across manufacturing operations.
Monitor purchase orders and shipment schedules, ensuring key milestones and delivery timelines are being met.
Coordinate shipping documentation and work with freight forwarders to support the timely movement of incoming materials.
Process requisitions, purchase orders and inventory receipts across internal business systems.
Review incoming materials to ensure the correct landed cost information and supporting documentation is in place.
Assist with employee travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights and accommodation.
Coordinate company vehicle leasing, including the tender process and ongoing administration.
Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.





You This is a outstanding chance for someone who enjoys working across procurement, logistics and administration within a busy operational environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team within a global manufacturing business, with exposure to purchasing, international shipping and broader business operations.
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or a similar coordination role would be highly regarded.
An understanding of shipping documentation and INCO Terms would be an advantage.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage purchase orders, shipments and competing deadlines.
Confident working with business systems and comfortable entering, maintaining and analysing purchasing and inventory data.
Robust written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work with internal teams, suppliers and service providers.
High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
