Operations Manager / Head of Operations | Perth, WA | $200k + UTE+Fuel Card + Bonus Prospect: n
Join the Executive team and lead end-to-end operations across engineering, fabrication, assembly, drilling, scheduling and delivery.
Experience: n
Senior operations or production leadership experience across a multi-disciplinary manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workplace is required.

Take strategic ownership of productivity, delivery, quality, rework, labour utilisation and operational performance across Australia and Thailand.

Shape scalable production systems, Lean improvement and future electric rig production while working directly with the Executive team.
