About the role

As Partnerships Manager (Business Development Manager), you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from identifying opportunities through to closing deals and driving revenue growth. You will be expected to execute strategy while also rolling up your sleeves and generating your own pipeline. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced workplace where accountability and performance matter.

The role will be 90% office based in the brand current office based in Melbourne CBD right next to Parliament station.

Key responsibilities
Identify target markets and develop actionable sales strategies
Proactively generate leads through outbound activity including cold calling
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Present, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
Deliver against monthly revenue targets and performance KPIs





About you
Proven success in B2B sales with a strong conversion track record
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Highly self-motivated with strong resilience and accountability
Ability to operate in a high pressure, performance driven environment
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
Experience in transport, logistics, courier, or NDIS sectors is highly regarded
