Parking Management Solutions is seeking a reliable and friendly Parking Inspector to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a casual Parking Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and providing exceptional customer service to the community.
Key responsibilities
Patrolling designated areas and monitoring carpark compliance
Issuing Notices of Claim to vehicles not complying with the carpark Terms and Conditions of Use
Interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner to address parking-related inquiries and concerns
Using Industry Leading technology
Providing support to the wider parking management team as required
About you
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify parking breaches
Positive organisational and time management skills to efficiently carry out patrols and inspections
Basic knowledge of parking requirements and the ability to interpret and apply them
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required
Current Australian driver's licence (Class C minimum)
Ability to pass National Police Check (required for enforcement duties)
Physical fitness to walk extensively during shifts in various weather conditions
