About the role

This is a Pick & Pack role at Altimate Foods, Australia's leading manufacturer of ice cream cones. We make millions of indulgent moments that matter - one perfectly crafted cone at a time.
Location: Campbellfield (Melbourne North)
Status: Casual roles available
Hours: Both Day Shift & Afternoon Shift roles available (Day Shift 7:30am - 4:00pm, Afternoon Shift 3:50pm - 12 midnight)
Days: Monday to Friday

Must be available for immediate start

What you'll be doing
Picking Ice Cream Cones from production line belt and packing into trays and paperboard inners
Working on fast paced production lines
Responsible for the quality of own work
Working in a team environment
Some lifting up to 15kg is required
Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment

What we're looking for:
Some experience in food production is preferred
Physically comfortable with being on your feet throughout the day in an active, hands-on environment
Reliable transport to attend all rostered shifts
Attention to food safety and quality is key
Must have excellent attitude and communication skills
Strong work ethic (Reliable, Punctual and Committed)
Available to work some overtime during peak seasonal periods
Full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia are required
