Key Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service including greeting customers warmly and making every interaction count
Preparing, slicing, and assembling fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and rolls efficiently during peak periods
Preparing and serving quality coffee, hot beverages and juices.
Operating the point of sale (POS)



system accurately
Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across all areas of the store
Supporting the team with food preparation including slicing meats, prepping salads, and handling fresh ingredients
Opening and closing store procedures as required
