We currently have an prospect available for a reliable and motivated Mail Sorter to join our team.

This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. No weekend work or public holiday work is required.

This role is based at the Australia Post Mail Centre in Bungalow and involves sorting letters, large letters, and parcels, preparing and bundling mail for delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Sorting incoming letters, large letters, and parcels
Preparing and bundling mail for delivery rounds
Working efficiently to meet daily processing deadlines
Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced setting




Following workplace safety procedures

About You

The successful applicant will:
Be reliable, punctual, and able to consistently start work at 5:30am
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be able to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
Have strong attention to detail
Be physically fit and capable of handling mail and parcels
Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic

Previous experience in mail sorting, warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
