Epic Air Commercial is a well-established (over 18 years) and reputable HVAC, Mechanical Services and Design organisation in Melrose Park, Sydney, NSW. Specialising in design, installation and maintenance across class 2 projects, commercial projects and high-end homes. We are approaching another stage of growth that requires another skilled to join our service and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of air conditioning units
Conduct HAVC services, preventative maintenance and repairs for commercial, domestic and strata clients
Fault diagnostic and solutions
Breakdown repairs
Maintain adherence to all safety, company and manufacturer standards and procedures
Communicate directly with clients to schedule jobs
Complete reports on each completed work via management app

Qualifications & experience




Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
ARCTICK licence
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Current valid Australian drivers licence
Current White Card
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solution driven
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using SimPRO management app for scheduling and reporting purposes
Willingness to partake in our on-call roster
