Fernwood Fitness Toowoomba is a National Award Winning Fitness Club that empowers women to shine. Our club has been serving our community for over 22 years and helping women be their strongest, fittest and healthiest selves.

We are looking for two new team members who are;
positive, confident, happy & reliable
computer & app confident
customer service focused
great with social media content and promotion
a good communicator
filled with a 'can do' attitude

The role consists of:
assisting members with membership queries
making a positive contribution to the lives of women in our community by recommending the right products and services to help them achieve their goals
responding to membership inquiries, making phone calls, messaging & email
making a positive contribution to our membership sales team & making membership sales
member service calls
administration and operations
managing the appointment book
retail sales




assisting with events
sourcing leads through outreach daily

Desirable The successful applicant may need to obtain their First Aid & CPR Certification, and will have a Working with children’s blue card and 1 year or more customer service / retail experience.

These positions are a result of internal career advancements.

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
Morning shift 8am - 12pm
Evening shift 3pm - 7pm
Alternating Fridays 8am - 1pm
Weekend availability
Approx 16hrs - 21hrs per week

Experience
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Australia (Required)
