The Role

This is a recent opportunity to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant, providing day-to-day administrative support in our legal costing team. This role is primarily focused on legal costing and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:




Assisting with legal costing and billing processes
Organising, collating and preparing legal files for costing
Data entry using IT systems such as MS Excel and Word
Internal communication regarding costing matters, under the supervision of their lawyer
Providing general administrative support

Skills/Experience
Ability to work proficiently in a quick-paced environment is essential
Excellent attention to detail is essential
Robust initiative
High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
Dedicated, hard-working and committed
Comfortable working in personal injury law
