RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.

We are currently looking for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team! This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation and meals are available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work in office.

Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors.

What will you be doing?
Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities
Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.
Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.
Train team members.




Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

What are we looking for in you?
Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
Previous leadership experience
Strong time management skills
Computer skills
Driver's License is essential
Keen eye for detail.
Ability to lead a team
Ability to multi-task
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
