The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a compassionate customer care qualified to be the first point of contact for clients at our Fawkner Cemetery. You will process permit inquiries and insurance claims, and support administrative tasks such as payments and appointment bookings.
