Our client operates one of Victoria’s most historic family-owned wine and hospitality groups, featuring an iconic portfolio of brands celebrating high-quality regional produce and world-class wines.

Set in the stunning King Valley, this is a rare chance for a Chef de Partie to gain incredible diversity in their cooking. Alongside running shifts in their destination venue, you will gain hands-on exposure to their hatted estate restaurant and play an active role in an upcoming recent restaurant launch on the property.

The Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of experience in food-led venues like elevated bistros, destination venues, cellar doors, or premium gastro pubs
Strong section management, prep organisation, and high food safety standards, experience supervising junior cooks/commis chefs
Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn new techniques and grow
