Ibis Styles Albany

We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman / Motel All-Rounder to join our team at Ibis Styles Albany.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and is happy to help wherever needed around the motel.

Duties will include:
General handyman and minor maintenance work
Basic painting and touch-ups
Fixing minor leaks, changing washers and simple repairs
Lawn mowing, gardening and general landscaping
Keeping outdoor and common areas tidy
Helping with linen, including moving and organising linen
Assisting housekeepers when required
Basic room and property maintenance
Identifying maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
Other general jobs around the motel as required

We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking




Has previous handyman or maintenance experience
Is practical and can think outside the box
Can work independently without needing constant supervision
Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Is versatile and happy to assist with housekeeping and linen when needed
Takes pride in keeping the property well maintained

Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week

Location: Ibis Styles Albany

Casual or Part Time Permanent

This would suit someone looking for regular part time/casual hours and a wide-ranging role rather than doing the same job every day.

Pay: $26.46 – $32.00 per hour
