We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Receptionist who loves helping people and creating outstanding first impressions.

As the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping our business run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming members, guests, and visitors with a friendly attitude
Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Managing bookings, appointments, and schedules
Maintaining a clean, skilled reception area
Processing memberships, payments, and administrative tasks
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable but not essential
