Expression of Interest - Administration | Project, Workshop and Contracts Administration We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated professionals interested in joining a project located in the Cairns region on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following positions:

Workshop Administration
Workshop scheduling and coordination
Maintenance and service record management
Purchase orders and invoicing support
Inventory and parts tracking
Workforce timesheet administration
Compliance documentation and reporting

Contracts Administration
Contract administration and documentation
Processing variations, claims and progress payments
Procurement and subcontractor support
Contract compliance and records management
Tracking key project deliverables and milestones
Assisting project teams with contractual reporting requirements

About You To be successful, you will possess:
Previous experience in Project Administration, Workshop Administration or Contracts Administration roles




Robust organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a cooperative team environment
Experience within construction, mining, infrastructure, resources or heavy industry projects will be highly regarded
