Trulux is an Australian cosmetics manufacturer based in Frenchs Forest, Sydney.

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to handle our rapidly growing dispatch warehouse.

Role and Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and dispatch customer orders efficiently
Manage logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries
Handle customer service inquiries and provide resolutions
Investigate and resolve logistical issues proactively
Assist with warehouse tasks, including order picking/packing, palletizing orders, receiving stock, organizing inventory, general cleaning and organizing the warehouse
Coordinate with other company departments
Must be physically fit and strong, be able to lift containers up to 25kg
Other duties as required by the company

strong problem solving skills
to be adaptable, resourceful and a quick learner to be able to adjust to current challenges and constantly shifting priorities
excellent communication and customer service skills
a high level of attention to detail
the ability to work cleanly with speed and accuracy
Experience with shipping platforms such as Starshipit,



and carriers like TNT, FedEx, DHL, Courier Please, Australia Post, Bonds Transport, and Direct Couriers is beneficial
warehouse experience (picking/packing orders, pallet jacks/forklifts/walkie stacker) would be advantageous
Logistics experience is ideal, but not necessary. Training will be provided on the job.
