About the role

RISU Care Pty. Ltd. is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Geelong

What you'll be doing
Assist with personal care tasks as required, such as toileting, feeding, and medication administration
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Respond to and document any incidents or emergencies that occur during your shift
Provide a calming presence and companionship to clients throughout the night

What we're looking for
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar caregiving role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Must speak fluent English
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
Compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals
Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
