Key responsibilities
Provide person-centred support.
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
Support community access and appointments.
Complete accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Follow participant support plans and workplace policies.
About you
Available for afternoon and sleepover shifts.
Comfortable providing personal care.
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
Confident driving participants when required.
Reliable, adaptable and punctual.
Hold current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR certificates.
Previous disability support experience is preferred.
Based in or near Port Augusta.
