Key responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
Assist with personal care, daily living activities and household tasks.
Support community access, appointments, shopping and social participation.
Follow participants’ care plans, service agreements and risk-management strategies.
Complete progress notes, incident reports and other required documentation.
Administer medication where trained and authorised.
Maintain qualified boundaries and protect participants’ privacy and dignity.
Work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, families and communities.
Essential requirements
Current Australian driver’s licence.
Confidence and experience driving long distances.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Current Ochre Card or willingness to obtain one.
National Police Clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.
Reliable, versatile and able to work independently in remote locations.
Robust communication and documentation skills.
Pay: From $76,515.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
