Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has robust attention to detail, experience with machining processes, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Operate manual lathes and mills to produce machined parts to tight tolerances and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T; specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Extensive experience in CNC manufacturing, encompassing programming and operational expertise an advantage
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements




Maintain a clean and protected work workplace
Perform routine machine maintenance
Have strong CAM experience in programming and problem solving.
Demonstrate high attention to detail to maintain the highest quality standards.
Possess experience collaborating as an integral member of a multifunctional team

Qualifications Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining)
Experience with LYNX 2600SY CNC lathe machine
Strong understanding of CNC Lathe tooling
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Commitment to safety and teamwork
